1. Erfassung personenbezogener Daten
JOHCM erfasst und verarbeitet Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, und zwar unter anderem:
Persönliche Informationen wie Ihren Namen, Ihr Geburtsdatum, Ihre Anschrift und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse;
Informationen zu Ihrer beruflichen Stellung, beispielsweise die Tätigkeitsbezeichnung und Ihre Berufserfahrung, sowie zu Ihren Kenntnissen und Ihrer Erfahrung im Anlagebereich;
Detaillierte Informationen über unsere Interaktionen mit Ihnen und darüber, welche unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen Sie nutzen;
Identifikatoren, die wir Kunden zuweisen, wie eine Kunden- oder Kontonummer;
Informationen aus öffentlichen Registern wie dem Register der wirtschaftlichen Eigentümer;
In gesetzlich erlaubten Fällen spezielle Kategorien von personenbezogenen Daten wie etwa Informationen im Zusammenhang mit strafrechtlichen Verurteilungen oder Straftatbeständen.
Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten, die wir im Rahmen unserer Geschäftsbeziehung von Ihnen oder anderen Betroffenen erhalten. Soweit für die Erbringung unserer Dienstleistung erforderlich, entnehmen wir in einigen Fällen zulässigerweise personenbezogene Daten öffentlichen Registern oder anderen externen Quellen wie Kreditauskunfteien und Einrichtungen zur Betrugsprävention, oder wir erhalten sie von anderen Gesellschaften der JOHCM Group, soweit wir dazu berechtigt sind.
2. Wie wir personenbezogene Daten verarbeiten
Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten geschieht zu folgenden Zwecken:
Einrichten der Kundenbeziehung. Hierzu zählen unter anderem die Feststellung Ihrer Identität und die Prüfung, ob alle gesetzlichen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorschriften eingehalten werden (wie etwa die Bestimmungen zur Bekämpfung von Geldwäsche und zur Betrugsprävention) (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. b), c) bzw. e) EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (im folgenden "DSGVO")).
Verwaltung und Pflege der Kundenbeziehung. Hier geht es um die Kommunikation mit Ihnen über die Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die wir von Ihnen oder die Sie von uns oder unseren Geschäftspartnern erhalten, und um die Bearbeitung von Anfragen oder Beschwerden an unseren Kundenservice (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. b) DSGVO).
Gewinnung von mehr Informationen über Sie als Kunde oder Lieferant – über die Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die Sie empfangen beziehungsweise liefern/erbringen, und über andere Produkte und Dienstleistungen, an denen Sie als Empfänger oder Lieferant/Erbringer interessiert sein könnten (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. b) bzw. f) DSGVO).
Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen sowie der Nutzung von Technologien in unserem Hause, einschließlich der Prüfung und Nachrüstung von Systemen und Prozessen. Des Weiteren Marktforschung zur Gewinnung von Einblicken, wie unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen verbessert werden können beziehungsweise welche anderen Produkte und Dienstleistungen wir eventuell anbieten können (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. f) DSGVO).
Kontaktaufnahme zu Ihnen, um Sie über Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu informieren, die unserer Ansicht nach für Sie von Interesse sein könnten. Dabei kann es um Angebote von uns, von anderen Gesellschaften der JOHCM Group oder von unseren sonstigen Geschäftspartnern gehen (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. f) DSGVO).
Erfüllung unserer laufenden regulatorischen und rechtlichen Verpflichtungen. Dies betrifft unter anderem Meldepflichten gegenüber Steuerbehörden, Finanzaufsichtsbehörden und anderen Regulierungsbehörden und amtlichen Organen sowie die Pflicht zur Mitwirkung bei strafrechtlichen Ermittlungen beziehungsweise Maßnahmen zur Verbrechensbekämpfung (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. c) bzw. e) DSGVO).
Gewährleistung der Sicherheit unserer Kunden, Lieferanten und sonstiger relevanter Beteiligter (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. b) bzw. f) DSGVO).
Gewährleistung einer umsichtigen Betriebsführung der JOHCM Group (Kredit- und Risikomanagement, Versicherungen, Buchprüfungen, System- und Produktschulungen sowie ähnliche administrative Zwecke usw.) (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. f) DSGVO).
In allen vorgenannten Fällen verarbeiten wir personenbezogene Daten nur soweit es
erforderlich ist, damit wir unsere berechtigten Interessen wahrnehmen können, etwa hinsichtlich der vorstehenden Punkte (a) bis (h) und, falls wir die im nachstehenden Abschnitt 3 angeführten Offenlegungen vornehmen, zur Lieferung/Erbringung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen auf beständig hohem Niveau in der gesamten JOHCM Group im Sinne und zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden, Lieferanten und anderer relevanter Beteiligter sowie zur Einhaltung unserer weltweiten Rechenschafts- und regulatorischen Pflichten, wobei jeder dieser Punkte nur gilt, soweit Ihr Recht auf Schutz Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten dem nicht entgegensteht;
notwendig ist, damit die Schritte erfolgen können, die für den Abschluss und die Abwicklung eines Vertrages mit Ihnen über die Dienstleistungen oder Produkte, die Sie empfangen beziehungsweise erbringen/liefern, sowie für die Erfüllung unserer Verpflichtungen aus einem solchen Vertrag erforderlich sind – beispielsweise bei Nutzung Ihrer Daten für die unter (a), (b) und (c) genannten Zwecke;
erforderlich ist, um unsere rechtlichen oder regulatorischen Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen, etwa wenn wir die vorstehend unter (a) erwähnten Prüfungen oder die unter (f) sowie im nachstehenden Abschnitt 3 angesprochenen Offenlegungen gegenüber Behörden, Aufsichtsbehörden oder sonstigen staatlichen Stellen vornehmen;
in einigen Fällen erforderlich ist für die Wahrnehmung einer Aufgabe, die im öffentlichen Interesse liegt, und, wo es um die Nutzung spezieller Kategorien personenbezogener Daten durch uns geht, notwendig für die Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Wahrung rechtlicher Ansprüche beziehungsweise in Fällen, bei denen sich die Verarbeitung auf personenbezogene Daten bezieht, die offenkundig jedermann zugänglich sind; und
Unter bestimmten Bedingungen erfolgt die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten mit Ihrer Einwilligung (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 lit. a) DSGVO), die Sie uns von Zeit zu Zeit erteilen, etwa wenn Sie der Verwendung Ihrer Daten zu Marketingzwecken zustimmen oder uns Ihre Einwilligung im Falle der speziellen Kategorien personenbezogener Daten im Zuge der Einrichtung der Kundenbeziehung erteilen.
Insoweit die personenbezogenen Daten, die wir von Ihnen erfassen, von uns benötigt werden, um gesetzliche oder aufsichtsrechtliche Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen beziehungsweise um mit Ihnen eine Vertragsbeziehung einzugehen, sind wir möglicherweise nicht in der Lage, mit Ihnen eine Kunden- oder Lieferantenbeziehung aufzubauen, wenn wir diese personenbezogenen Daten nicht von Ihnen erhalten.
3. Empfänger personenbezogener Daten
Gesellschaften der JOHCM Group
Personenbezogene Daten werden von uns möglicherweise an andere Unternehmen der JOHCM Group weitergegeben, soweit wir dazu berechtigt sind. Dadurch können wir sicherstellen, dass von uns erbrachte/gelieferte beziehungsweise empfangene Dienstleistungen und Produkte an entsprechende Adressaten in unserer gesamten Unternehmensgruppe gelangen können.
Dritte
Im Rahmen des Geschäftsverkehrs mit Ihnen geben wir personenbezogene Daten möglicherweise an Personen weiter, die in Ihrem Auftrag handeln oder auf sonstige Weise in die Beziehung zwischen Ihnen und uns eingebunden sind, soweit wir dazu berechtigt sind. Dies sind insbesondere:
Zahlungsempfänger, Begünstigte, Inhaber von Anderkonten, Vermittler und Korrespondenz- oder Konsortialbanken;
Clearingstellen und Abrechnungssysteme;
spezialisierte Unternehmen oder Zahlungsinstitute wie SWIFT;
andere Marktteilnehmer als Gegenparteien;
Einbehaltungsstellen (vorgelagert);
Swap- oder Transaktionsregister; Börsen;
sonstige Finanzinstitute, Kreditauskunfteien oder Kreditbüros (zum Zweck der Einholung oder Erteilung von Kreditauskünften).
Anbieter von Dienstleistungen
Wir geben personenbezogene Daten möglicherweise auch an unsere Lieferanten weiter. Dazu zählen insbesondere Unternehmen der JOHCM Group und andere Geschäftspartner, die Dienstleistungen für uns erbringen – unter anderem solche, die uns bei der Beantwortung von Anfragen, der Verarbeitung von Transaktionen, der Erstellung und dem Versand von Kontoauszügen sowie anderen Arten von Dienstleistungen für unsere Anteilsinhaber unterstützen, des Weiteren um IT-Dienstleister und Hosting-Anbieter, Kommunikations- und Druckdienstleister, Inkassobüros, Ermittlungsfirmen, Einrichtungen zur Betrugsprävention, Kreditauskunfteien und sonstige. Wo wir von dieser Möglichkeit Gebrauch machen, tragen wir mit entsprechenden Vorkehrungen dafür Sorge, dass unsere Datensicherheitsstandards auch durch diese Dienstleister gewahrt werden und Ihre persönlichen Daten stets sicher sind. Insbesondere werden die Dienstleistungsanbieter von uns sorgfältig ausgewählt und beauftragt, sind an unsere Weisungen gebunden und werden regelmäßig kontrolliert.
Staatliche Stellen und Aufsichtsbehörden
Von Zeit zu Zeit geben wir personenbezogene Daten an staatliche Stellen, Aufsichtsbehörden oder sonstige amtliche Organe weiter, wenn wir dazu rechtlich verpflichtet sind.
Sonstiges
Möglicherweise müssen wir personenbezogene Daten offenlegen, um Rechtsansprüche wahrzunehmen oder zu wahren (insbesondere unsere eigenen, die unserer Beschäftigten sowie die anderer relevanter Beteiligter) oder als Erwiderung auf entsprechende Ersuchen von Personen oder deren Vertretern im Rahmen von Bemühungen, eigene Rechtsansprüche oder Rechtsansprüche Dritter zu wahren, sofern keine überwiegenden Interessen von Ihnen entgegenstehen.
4. Weitergabe personenbezogener Daten über Grenzen hinweg
Die genannten Empfänger können sich auch außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums befinden (beispielsweise in den USA oder in Australien). In solchen Fällen verlangt JOHCM – außer wenn die zuständige Behörde festgestellt hat, dass das betreffende Land ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau gewährleistet – von den Empfängern geeignete Maßnahmen um sicherzustellen, dass eine solche Weitergabe nach den anwendbaren Datenschutzgesetzen zulässig ist. Zu diesem Zweck vereinbart JOHCM mit den Empfängern die von der EU-Kommission genehmigten EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Sie können die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln hier einsehen.
5. Speicherung personenbezogener Daten
Wir speichern Ihre personenbezogenen Daten so lange wie erforderlich, um die anwendbaren Gesetze, Bestimmungen oder regulatorischen Leitlinien einzuhalten, beziehungsweise so lange, wie es die internen Richtlinien von JOHCM für die Verwaltung und Aufbewahrung von Unterlagen (festgehalten in unserer „Records Management Retention Documentation“) vorsehen – es gilt jeweils der längere der beiden Zeiträume. Die JOHCM Group legt die Aufbewahrungsdauer für Unterlagen anhand betrieblicher und rechtlicher Erfordernisse fest. Dazu zählen etwa eine ordnungsgemäße Kontoführung, eine Erleichterung des Kundenbeziehungsmanagements sowie die Reaktion auf rechtliche Ansprüche oder Ersuchen von Aufsichtsbehörden.
6. Ihre Rechte
Ihnen steht das Recht zu, von uns Auskunft über Ihre personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen.
Ihnen steht das Recht zu, JOHCM zur Berichtigung von Fehlern in Ihren von uns erfassten und verarbeiteten personenbezogenen Daten aufzufordern.
Ferner können Sie verlangen, dass die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten so lange eingeschränkt wird, wie über ein solches Ersuchen noch nicht entschieden ist.
Sie haben das Recht uns aufzufordern, die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten einzustellen.
Auch die Löschung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten können Sie verlangen.
Wo wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten auf Basis Ihrer Einwilligung verarbeiten beziehungsweise wo eine solche Verarbeitung notwendig ist, um einen Vertrag mit Ihnen zu schließen oder unsere Verpflichtungen im Rahmen eines solchen Vertrages wahrzunehmen, steht Ihnen grundsätzlich das Recht zu, die Übergabe Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten an sich oder einen anderen Anbieter (so genanntes Recht auf „Datenportabilität“) zu verlangen.
Sie können bei JOHCM auch eine Kopie eines Teils oder sämtlicher personenbezogener Daten über sich anfordern, die wir erheben und verarbeiten.
Bei den vorstehend genannten Rechten handelt es sich nicht um absolute Rechte, doch wir werden Ihren Wunsch anhand der gesetzlichen Regelungen in Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 DSGVO sowie §§ 34, 35 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz prüfen und Sie über das Ergebnis unterrichten.
Wo wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten auf Grund einer von Ihnen erteilten Einwilligung verarbeiten, steht Ihnen jederzeit das Recht zu, diese Einwilligung zu widerrufen. Dies gilt auch für den Widerruf von Einwilligungen, die Sie vor der Geltung der DSGVO, also vor dem 25. Mai 2018, erteilt haben. Der Widerruf einer Einwilligung wirkt für die Zukunft und berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit, der bis zum Widerruf verarbeiteten Daten.
Erfolgt die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten zu Zwecken des Direktmarketings, erstreckt sich Ihr Widerspruchsrecht auch darauf (einschließlich Profiling, soweit dieses mit dem Direktmarketing in Verbindung steht). Sie können dem Direktmarketing widersprechen, indem Sie auf den Link „Abmelden“ (oder „Unsubscribe“) auf einer unserer entsprechenden E-Mails klicken oder mit uns direkt in Kontakt treten.

7. Reklamationen und Beschwerden
Sollten Sie mit der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten durch JOHCM in irgendeiner Hinsicht unzufrieden sein, würden wir darüber gerne mit Ihnen reden, um herauszufinden, wie wir das Problem beheben können. Sie haben jedoch auch das Recht, eine Beschwerde an Ihre örtliche Aufsichtsbehörde für den Datenschutz zu richten.
8. Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten bei indirekten Kundenbeziehungen und potenziellen Kunden
Von Zeit zu Zeit erfasst und verarbeitet JOHCM personenbezogene Daten von potenziellen Kunden, um deren Eignung abschätzen und sie gegebenenfalls kontaktieren zu können. Die Rechtfertigung hierfür liegt in der Notwendigkeit für die Neukundengewinnung, an der JOHCM ein legitimes Interesse hat. JOHCM ist in solchen Fällen bestrebt, die Menge an personenbezogenen Daten, die erfasst werden, möglichst gering und die Dauer der Speicherung möglichst kurz zu halten. Betroffene Personen werden von uns möglichst frühzeitig über Art und Gegenstand der Verarbeitung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten informiert.

Einzelfallbezogenes Widerspruchsrecht
Sie haben das Recht, aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit gegen die Verarbeitung Sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten, die aufgrund von Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe e DSGVO (Datenverarbeitung im öffentlichen Interesse) und Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe f DSGVO (Datenverarbeitung auf der Grundlage einer Interessenabwägung) erfolgt, Widerspruch einzulegen; dies gilt auch für ein auf diese Bestimmung gestütztes Profiling im Sinne von Artikel 4 Nr. 4 DSGVO.
Legen Sie Widerspruch ein, werden wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nicht mehr verarbeiten, es sei denn, wir können zwingende berechtigte Gründe für die Verarbeitung nachweisen, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.
Widerspruchsrecht gegen eine Verarbeitung von Daten für Zwecke der Direktwerbung
In Einzelfällen verarbeiten wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, um Direktwerbung zu betreiben. Sie haben das Recht, jederzeit Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung Sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten zum Zwecke derartiger Werbung einzulegen; dies gilt auch für das Profiling, soweit es mit solcher Direktwerbung in Verbindung steht.
Widersprechen Sie der Verarbeitung für Zwecke der Direktwerbung, so werden wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nicht mehr für diese Zwecke verarbeiten.

Brian Wright joined Pendal (formerly BTIM) in January 2009. Brian was formerly responsible for M&A and strategy. In February 2013, Brian was seconded to JOHCM serving in the role of Head of Corporate Development for the Group. Prior to joining Pendal, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of MMC Contrarian Limited between August 2007 and 2008. He also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the hedge fund, Red Centre Capital, from 2004 to 2007. Brian was at Bankers Trust from 1990 to 2003. He held the position of Operations Manager for Equity and Currency Derivatives in the Investment Bank. In 1995, he moved to funds management where he was the Business Manager for Currency & International Bonds. In 1997, he became the Business Manager for the Australian and International Equity business. Brian began his career in the audit department of KPMG where he worked from 1983 to 1990 leaving as an Audit Manager.

James, both an American and a British citizen, is a member of the Washington State, American and International Bar Associations. He began his career as an employee of Russell Investments from 1988 and worked there until his retirement in June 2014. In that time, James managed various departments within the Adviser’s EMEA team including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Product Development and Marketing. He also acted as principal liaison with government, regulatory and industry groups in EMEA and advised members of senior management in other regions in which the Russell Group operates on business, product and legal matters. He was also associate attorney of a US law firm. Currently, James is an independent non-executive director of a number of fund management, administration and distribution companies, and of collective investment schemes authorised by the Central Bank and in the Cayman Islands.

Markus initially joined JOHCM as an external consultant. He was later appointed as JOHCM’s Head of Change Management in April 2018 and subsequently appointed as Chief Operating Officer in March 2019. Before joining JOHCM, Markus spent four years working as an independent consultant specialising in the delivery of operations-related change programmes for companies located in the United Kingdom and Europe. Prior to this, he worked for Marathon Asset Management for over 12 years. As Head of Information Technology, Markus was responsible for the maintenance, management and development of the organisation’s network and application architecture. While in Australia, he worked as a Fund Accounting Manager for Colonial First State. Markus holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from the University of Western Sydney.
Country Head & Managing Director (European Development)
Amy Johnson has been appointed as the JOHCMI Country Head and Managing Director of European Development. Amy has been part of the Pendal Group since 2014 and was initially engaged to embed a true risk culture into the business. Amy was promoted to the Head of Risk & Compliance, Pendal Australia in 2017 and facilitated in transforming the Risk & Compliance team into a business partner and globalised the Risk & Compliance function.
Previous to her time with Pendal Group, Amy was part of PwC’s graduate programme and later approached to join PwC’s risk consulting team from audit, she was appointed to engagements to establish foreign banks in Australia, progressing to managing a breadth of risk framework compliance and governance reviews for clients, primarily in financial services. Amy advised clients on strategy, governance processes, risk appetite, profiling and change matters.
Amy is also an executive director for the Company, reporting directly to the JOHCM CEO for UK, Europe and Asia, Amy’s principal functions include building out the Irish operations and the ongoing management and conduct of the Irish business. In addition, Amy is to oversee the expansion of the JOHCM Group’s distribution activities into the EU27. Amy works in close consultative fashion with JOHCM Group functional heads including sales, fund managers, performance measurement, compliance, risk, finance, human resources, information technology, client service, marketing and operations. Amy is responsible for developing a supervision framework in respect of the MiFID Services which are delegated to other JOHCM Group companies.
Amy is appointed as PCF-1 Executive Director, PCF-8 the office of Chief Executive and PCF-39A Designated Person with responsibility for Capital and Financial Management.
Head of Legal and Compliance
Christina is a qualified English Solicitor who has been practicing for over twenty years, entirely in Financial Services. She trained and qualified at Clifford Chance, where she advised a wide range of international clients in the Investment Management, Global Custody, Banking and Fund Sponsor sectors. Post-qualification, Christina moved out of private practice to pursue an in-house career in the investment management field, working first for Credit Suisse Asset Management followed by Citigroup Asset Management and Legg Mason. Prior to joining JOHCM, Christina led the London Legal team at Wellington Management, a role she held for seven years. Throughout her career as Legal Counsel within these global organisations, she has provided service and advice across a broad spectrum of legal, regulatory, contractual, litigious and governance matters. Christina holds a BA (Joint Hons) in Modern Languages from Oxford University and completed her legal studies at the College of Law in London.

Prior to joining JOHCM, Dee worked for Chubb Insurance in the role of Human Resources Consultant. Having joined JOHCM in 2016 and being appointed to the role of Head of Human Resources in 2020, Dee has responsibility for all employment related matters and Human Resources policies and practices. Dee holds a BA in History and a PGDip in Business Studies from University College Dublin, a PGDip in Human Resources Management from the London Metropolitan University and is chartered MCIPD.
Head of Risk
Steve is responsible for the coordination of risk management activities at JOHCM. He has held this role since September 2013 when the firm established a functionally independent risk management function. He has more than 20 years of asset management experience accumulated in a diverse range of roles at JOHCM since joining in 1997. Prior to his current role Steve was responsible for investment risk analytics. He has previously managed the firm’s hedge fund operations and established the firm’s Performance Analytics function.
Head of EUKA Sales and Distribution
TJ is head of EUKA Sales and Distribution and oversees the Sales, Marketing and Client Services teams for those regions. He joined JOHCM from Aviva Investors where he has held various roles, most recently Head of Client Solutions and Global Head of Wholesale Distribution. In this role, TJ was responsible for setting commercial strategy for the UK, Europe, LATAM and Australia across five global client channels (consultants, insurance, global financials, liquidity and official institutions). Prior to Aviva, he spent six years with Schroders as Head of Global Financial Intermediaries (2010-2016) and has held senior sales roles with Columbia Threadneedle (2000-2010). TJ grew up on the Continent but has lived in the UK for the past 20 years and is fluent in English, Dutch and German.

Jonathan is responsible for the governance, administrative, operational and investment risk oversight of JOHCM (USA) Inc. activities and he works closely with the Group function heads to ensure local policies and procedures are implemented in line with corporate standards. Jonathan joined JOHCM from Century Capital Management LLC where he was Co-Director of Operations, Partner and Management Committee Member. He was also Head Trader and Equity Analyst at the same firm. Prior to this he worked at HLM Management Company and Scudder-Kemper Investments. Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from Rollins College and an MBA from Babson College - Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

As the former Chief Operating Officer for the JOHCM Group, Helen's responsibilities comprised of Middle Office Operations, Client Take-on and Servicing, Oversight of third party administrator relationships, Product Development, Marketing and IT. During her time with the JOHCM Group, Helen oversaw the transformation of its operating model to one which has both supported rapid growth whilst significantly reducing operational risk to the business. She set up numerous new funds and developed the client servicing framework. Helen retired from JOHCML on 30 September 2019. Helen joined the JOHCM Group in 2004 from Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she was Director of Business Development. Before joining Credit Suisse, she was Head of Investment Operations at SLC Asset Management and Head of Client Accounting at Framlington. Helen is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA (Hons) in Combined Arts from the University of Leicester. She also sits on the board of the JOHCM Group's Irish funds and JOHCM Funds Ireland. Helen is a Certified Independent Fund Director.

Cho-Yu is Senior Fund Manager of the JOHCM Asia ex Japan Small and Mid Cap Strategy. Prior to joining JOHCM, Cho-Yu was a Portfolio Manager at Silver Metis Capital Management Pte Ltd. She previously worked at Lloyd George Management from 2001 to 2008 as a Portfolio Manager, where she managed the Lloyd George Asian Smaller Companies Fund, the Siam Recovery Fund and several institutional accounts valued at over US$1bn at the peak. She also worked at UBS and DBS Asset Management for approximately eight years. Cho-Yu is a CFA Charterholder and graduated from the London School of Economics with first class BSc (Hons) in Economics.

Prior to joining JOHCM, he was a Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at a firm specialising in Asian equities – Silver Metis Capital Management Pte Ltd. Samir was previously at Lloyd George Management where he worked as CIO. Prior to joining LGM, he worked at Peregrine Securities and ANZ Grindlays Bank for close to eight years as an Analyst specialising in India. Samir is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BCom from Bombay University.

Robert Burke who is a solicitor, is a consultant to McCann FitzGerald, having been a partner in the firm up to April 2005. He is experienced in most areas of company and commercial law and in corporate taxation. From 1970 to 1978 he was employed by Price Waterhouse (its then title) London and Dublin and passed the final examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1973, later practicing as a tax specialist in Price Waterhouse prior to joining McCann FitzGerald in 1978. Mr Burke holds office as a director of several companies including a licensed bank and a number of funds. He is a law graduate of University College, Dublin and a member of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.

Máire O’Connor is a solicitor and was previously a partner at McCann FitzGerald and head of the firm's Investment Management Group. Prior to joining McCann FitzGerald, in 2004, Máire was a partner at Ernst & Young where she headed up the Investment Funds Regulatory and Stock Exchange Listing practice, a practice which she established at the start of 2000. Since moving to the private sector from the Civil Service (in 1989), Máire has been a key figure in the development of Ireland's International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), and the international investment funds industry in Ireland, in particular. She chaired the Taoiseach's IFSC Investment Funds Group for seven years and was a member of the Company Law Review Group for eight years. She is currently a non-executive director of the Irish Stock Exchange and chairs the Exchange’s Audit Committee and Employee Pensions Trustees.

James has significant experience as a company director across ASX listed, private and regulated entities and accordingly, brings to the Board both executive and company director skills in financial and risk management, strategy and corporate governance and compliance. Specifically, he has sector experience and expertise in banking and financial services, including funds management, superannuation and financial services technology, property investment, lease financing and life and general insurance.

Kathryn Matthews, who is based in the United Kingdom, brings to the Board nearly 40 years' experience in funds and investment management. She has extensive experience in global investment management businesses in the UK and Hong Kong, including as Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific ex Japan at Fidelity International based in Hong Kong. She commenced her career at Baring Asset Management, holding a broad range of roles over sixteen years as a global equity portfolio manager and latterly as the Head of Institutional Business, Europe and UK.
Kathryn has experience as a company director across listed, private and regulated entities and accordingly brings to the Board skills in financial and risk management, strategy, marketing and distribution, investment and corporate governance. Specifically, she has sector experience and expertise in financial services, including banking, funds and investment management.
Kathryn is currently Chair of Barclays Investment Solutions Limited, a Non-executive Director of J O Hambro Capital Management Holdings Limited as well as the following UK based companies: Barclays Bank UK Plc, CDC Group Plc and VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited.
Kathryn is also a member of the Council and Chairman of Pension Trustees for the Duchy of Lancaster, the private estate of the British sovereign.

She has specific experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, insurance and joint venture arrangements.
Deborah is a member of Chief Executive Women and has extensive experience as a company director gained across ASX listed, private, public sector and regulated entities since 2001. Her relevant sector experience includes funds management, life and general insurance, superannuation and financial services technology. Deborah’s experience includes Board leadership, governance and compliance, risk management, remuneration practices, technology, investor relations and health, safety and environment.

Sally Collier, brings to the Board 20 years of investment banking experience and 10 years asset management executive experience. Most of Sally’s executive career was spent in the USA (two years), London (23 years) and Hong Kong (four years). Prior to returning to Australia, Sally was a partner at the international private equity and infrastructure investment firm, Pantheon, where she held leadership roles in business and product development, investor relations, and marketing and communications. This followed nearly 20 years in investment banking, mostly at HSBC Investment Bank in the UK, where she was engaged in a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (both debt and equity) and initial public offerings, before joining the Management Committee as an Executive Director.
Since returning to Australia in 2013, Sally has held non-executive positions in the financial services sector covering funds management and financial services technology, across ASX listed, private and regulated entities. Sally brings to the Board, through her executive and non-executive experience, skills in merger and acquisitions, strategic development, international markets, stakeholder engagement, and capital markets.
Sally is currently a Non-executive Director of Pendal Group Limited, Utilities Trust of Australia and the Clayton Utz Foundation.

Nick Good was most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at State Street Corporation, based in Boston. In this role, he was responsible for setting overall business strategy and leading corporate development. Previously, he was co-head of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) Global ETF business, with primary responsibility for North America and Latin America. Prior to joining State Street, Nick worked at BlackRock (initially Barclays Global Investors), including five years as head of its iShares ETF business in Asia-Pacific, which enjoyed rapid growth under his leadership.

Cameron Williamson joined the business in January 2008 as the company’s Financial Controller. He acted as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer for 12 months before his permanent appointment to the role in February 2010. In 2016 he was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Global Executive Committee. As Group Chief Financial Officer, Cameron is responsible for the group’s overall financial operations and reporting, business planning and investor relations.
Prior to joining the company, Cameron held Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary responsibilities at Clairvest Group, a mid-market private equity group in Toronto, as well as finance roles with Franklin Templeton and CIBC World Markets in Toronto, UBS in the UK and KPMG in Adelaide.

Mr. Jones previously occupied the position of Chief Administrative Officer & Executive VP at Calamos Asset Management, Inc., Treasurer, Chief Financial & Operating Officer at Aurora Investment Management LLC and Managing Director at Northern Trust Global Investments. John Reifsnider joined Pendal Group as Chief Executive Officer of Pendal USA in July 2021. John has over 30 years’ experience in investment management, specifically in business development, strategy, and leadership.
John has been with Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC (TSW) in Richmond, Virginia for over 16 years. He was appointed Co-President of TSW in September 2018 and Chief Executive Officer in 2020. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of Pendal USA.
Before joining TSW in 2005, he was a Founding Member of Atlantic Capital Management, LLC, responsible for business development and client service. John started his career in the investment industry in 1990.
John earned his BBA from the University of Toledo and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative.

Tim Crockford leads the Regnan Equity Impact Solutions team. He previously managed the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund from its launch in December 2017, having co-founded the Hermes Impact team in 2016. Tim joined Hermes Investment Management in 2009 as a research analyst for the European Equities team and became lead portfolio manager of the ESG-integrated Hermes Europe ex-UK Equity Fund in 2015, which he also managed until he left Hermes.
