Oshadee Siyaguna
Head of Stewardship
13 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Feb 2022.
Oshadee leads stewardship across J O Hambro Capital Management and Regnan. He leads Regnan’s Stewardship for Resilient Systems programme, which directs research, engagement and advocacy towards strengthening the environmental, socio-economic and political systems on which long-term investment returns depend. He is responsible for stewardship strategy and leads innovation at Regnan, including developing its research frameworks and AI in stewardship. He sits on the Steering Committee of the PRI's Sustainable Systems Investment Manager Reference Group and on the Advisory Committee of Spring, the PRI's stewardship initiative for nature.
Before joining Regnan, Oshadee was an Assistant Vice President at PolitEcon Research and a teaching associate at Monash University. He also undertook internships at the UNEP Finance Initiative and Net Balance.
Oshadee holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Management and Sustainability and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Development and Environmental Analysis, both from Monash University. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Master of Science in Finance from Coventry University, UK.
