Clare Forster has over 25 years’ experience in the asset management industry and joined J O Hambro Capital Management in January 2023. Currently she is Global Head of Business Management and Strategic Delivery and is responsible for coordination, prioritisation and delivery of business activities within Perpetual Asset Management to ensure effective strategic execution. In addition to this, pending regulatory and board approval she will lead the J O Hambro Capital Management executive committee which is the body responsible for running the J O Hambro Capital Management business globally. Prior to joining J O Hambro Capital Management, Clare held senior leadership roles at Jupiter Asset Management, GAM and Janus Henderson.

Andrew is the Head of Investments at J O Hambro Capital Management and Regnan. He is responsible for the oversight of the investment functions within these businesses, he also sits on the executive committee. Andrew is a highly respected investment expert with over 30 years’ experience. He has held senior roles at a number of leading asset management companies including Lazard, Barings and Hermes and was most recently, prior to joining J O Hambro, the Head of Sustainable Investment at Newton Investment Management. He is a member of a number of investment bodies, he sits on the CFA UK Society Committee on Diversity and Inclusion and is a Trustee Director of the Trafalgar House Pension Trust. He was a former co-chair of the UNEP FI Positive Impact Initiative and an active contributor to the Impact Management Project.

Before joining JOHCM, Stephen worked for the Mirvac Group where he was Group Financial Controller. Prior to this he held a number of senior financial and accounting roles for Babcock Brown (UK and Australia) and Baker Tilly (Eastern Europe). Stephen holds an MBA, is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having qualified in 1997, and is a Chartered Manager.

Markus initially joined JOHCM as an external consultant. He was later appointed as JOHCM’s Head of Change Management in April 2018 and subsequently appointed as Chief Operating Officer in March 2019. Before joining JOHCM, Markus spent four years working as an independent consultant specialising in the delivery of operations-related change programmes for companies located in the United Kingdom and Europe. Prior to this, he worked for Marathon Asset Management for over 12 years. As Head of Information Technology, Markus was responsible for the maintenance, management and development of the organisation’s network and application architecture. While in Australia, he worked as a Fund Accounting Manager for Colonial First State. Markus holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from the University of Western Sydney.

Pete originally joined the London Office of J O Hambro in September 2020, and has over sixteen years’ experience across the Human Resources and Reward space. Having originally joined as Senior Reward Manager for J O Hambro, he took up the role of Global Head of Reward for Pendal Group in May 2021 where he worked in close partnership with the Human Resources and Leadership teams across JOHCM and Pendal in the design and implementation of global Reward solutions. Pete was most recently appointed to the role of Head of People and Culture (EUKA) in 2023, where he has responsibility for all employment related matters and Human Resources policies and practices
Prior to joining the business Pete worked at Insight Investment in the role of Reward Manager where he played a key role in delivering reward solutions across the business. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Personnel and Development and is accredited with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
26 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Aug 1997.
Steve is responsible for the coordination of risk management activities at JOHCML. He has held this role since September 2013 when the firm established a functionally independent risk management function. He has more than 20 years of asset management experience accumulated in a diverse range of roles at JOHCML since joining in 1997. Prior to his current role Steve was responsible for investment risk analytics. He has previously managed the firm’s hedge fund operations and established the firm’s Performance Analytics function.

Tim Crockford leads the Regnan Equity Impact Solutions team. He previously managed the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund from its launch in December 2017, having co-founded the Hermes Impact team in 2016. Tim joined Hermes Investment Management in 2009 as a research analyst for the European Equities team and became lead portfolio manager of the ESG-integrated Hermes Europe ex-UK Equity Fund in 2015, which he also managed until he left Hermes.

Mohsin is a fund manager dedicated to the strategy. He was previously a senior analyst on the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund, having joined Hermes in 2017. Prior to Hermes, Mohsin was an investment manager in Global Equities at Pictet Asset Management. At Pictet his experience included working on thematic equity funds including Water, Clean Energy and Agriculture.
10 years’ industry experience, joined Regnan in May 2020.
Maxime is an investment analyst dedicated to the strategy. He has a decade of experience in sustainable investment. Previously, as an investment analyst at Hermes from 2016, he participated in the design, launch and management of the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund. Prior to this he led the integration of ESG and stewardship across investment strategies.
6 years’ industry experience, joined Regnan in April 2020.
Maxine is an investment analyst dedicated to the strategy. She was previously an analyst on the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund. Maxime transferred to the Hermes Impact team in 2016, having initially joined the Hermes EOS team in 2014. She headed up the chemicals sector team, while also focusing on the financial services, industrials and technology sectors.
