Richard is responsible for distribution in the South of the UK. Prior to joining JOHCM in July 2019, he was Associate Director at Janus Henderson Investors, where he was responsible for Midlands, East Anglian and expat European clients. Previously, he served as a Sales Manager at Gartmore (prior to its acquisition by Henderson Global Investors in 2011), where he held the same responsibilities. Richard started his career at Williams de Broë in Birmingham as a Trainee/Assistant Fund Manager before moving into Sales. He has a BSC in Logistics from Aston University and is a Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Registered Representative. Richard has the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and Level 4 certificate in Discretionary Investment Management.

Before joining JOHCM, Frederic Lejeune was President and Managing Director of Robeco France. Before this, Frederic Lejeune was Directeur Général Délégué of Aberdeen France and Head of Business Development for France and Monaco based in Paris. Frederic joined Aberdeen in 2009 from Credit Suisse Asset Management where he was Head of Business Development in the same region. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2001, Frederic spent seven years with SocGen in various management roles. Frederic graduated with a MSc in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine in 1995.

As Head of Asia Institutional business, Lily is responsible for developing and managing institutional business in Asia.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Lily spent 15 years at MFS Investment Management where she held the role as Managing Director, Institutional Sales and Relationship Management in Hong Kong. She has diverse industry experience in the financial market. Prior to joining MFS Investment Management, she spent 3 years as Financial Advisor with iPac Financial Planning and 3 years as Senior Associate Banker at Citigroup Private Bank where both positions were based in Singapore.

Jan Hein Alfrink (Jan Hein) has devoted +27 years of his professional career to entrepreneurial-style business development in the European asset management industry, covering both institutional and wholesale segments. During his professional career, ambition, goal-orientation and “lead-by-example” sales leadership have formed the foundation of Jan Hein’s ability to grow and maintain a diversified book-of-business, with the gratifying appreciation of a broad institutional and wholesale investor network. Jan Hein joined Perpetual in August 2021, where he is Head of Institutional Sales Netherlands, Nordics and DACH region. Prior to joining Perpetual, Jan Hein worked at GAM Investments, in Zürich and Luxembourg, heading up their distribution business covering institutional and wholesale investors in France & Monaco, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Nordics and Austria and all asset classes. Before joining GAM, Jan Hein was Head of Sales Austria at Candriam (previously Dexia AM) based in Paris and Vienna covering institutional and wholesale investors. Whilst in Vienna Jan Hein was Managing Director at Kommunalkredit Dexia Asset Management, a Dexia AM led joint venture with Kommunalkredit Austria AG a local Austrian public sector bank. Earlier in his career Jan Hein was based in Paris where he was International Sales Manager at Natixis (previously CDC Gestion). Jan Hein holds a B.B.A. from Nyenrode Business Universiteit (Netherlands) and a M.B.A. from Emlyon Business School (France).

Richard joined Perpetual Asset Management in 2021 and is responsible for institutional clients in the UK, Middle East, and Africa.
Richard has more than 20 years in the financial services industry and more than 10 years in sales and distribution. Most recently, Richard was Head of EMEA at BrightSphere International, Ltd. where he served as Director and led the institutional sales function. Richard spent more than 12 years at MSCI between London and Dubai, where he helped setup the Dubai office for MSCI and led their investment management enterprise solutions sales effort in the Middle East. Prior to that, Richard was a founding member of ValueScience, Inc. in Mountain View, Ca. Now part of BCG, ValueScience developed and provided advanced valuation techniques for M&A and corporate strategy applications.
Richard has a Bachelor of Physics degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.

Stephanie is Head of Institutional Clients at JOHCM where she is responsible for managing relationships with our existing and prospective institutional clients in Europe, UK and Asia. Prior to her current role, Stephanie was Head of Client Services and lead on all aspects of client servicing across our business. Stephanie joined JOHCM in 2004 and has a wide industry perspective having worked in various marketing and client service roles. Her past experience in asset management involved working at Gartmore, Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch and British Airways Pension Investment Management. Stephanie is also the Chair of the JOHCM Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

David van Reekum started his professional working career in the asset management industry in 2018. While he started in the intermediary he later also covered institutional clients before joining the Perpetual in June 2022, where he is currently institutional Sales Manager Netherlands.

Tim Crockford leads the Regnan Equity Impact Solutions team. He previously managed the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund from its launch in December 2017, having co-founded the Hermes Impact team in 2016. Tim joined Hermes Investment Management in 2009 as a research analyst for the European Equities team and became lead portfolio manager of the ESG-integrated Hermes Europe ex-UK Equity Fund in 2015, which he also managed until he left Hermes.
