Mohsin Ahmad is a fund manager for the Regnan Global Equity Impact Solutions strategy. He was previously a senior analyst on the Hermes Impact Opportunities Fund, having joined Hermes Investment Management in 2017.
Prior to joining Hermes, he was an investment manager in Global Equities at Pictet Asset Management. Mohsin is experienced in thematic equities having spent time working with the thematic equity funds in Geneva, including Water, Clean Energy and Agriculture. During his time at Pictet, Mohsin was also a generalist on the World Equities Fund and covered energy, materials and specialty chemicals sectors for the Global Major Players Fund. Mohsin started his career at Savills Commercial in London within Investment and European Valuations.
Mohsin graduated from Cambridge University with a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economy (Law, Economics & Environment). Mohsin is a CFA charterholder, holds the CFA Certificate in Climate & Investing and is a member of the GIIN Listed Equities Working Group.

Tim Crockford leads the Regnan Global Equity Impact Solutions team. He previously managed the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund from its launch in December 2017, having co-founded the Hermes Impact team in 2016. Tim joined Hermes Investment Management in 2009 as a research analyst for the European Equities team and became lead portfolio manager of the ESG-integrated Hermes Europe ex-UK Equity Fund in 2015, which he also managed until he left Hermes. Prior to joining Hermes, Tim was an analyst at Sourcecap International, a European equity fund boutique, which Hermes acquired in 2009. Before that he was a primary research analyst at Execution Limited (which seeded Sourcecap), where he worked on major projects in the consumer, retail and financial services sectors. Tim was raised and educated in Malta and graduated from the University of Malta in 2006 with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Maxime is an investment analyst dedicated to the Regnan Global Equity Impact Solutions strategy. He was previously an analyst on the Hermes Impact Opportunities Equity Fund.. He joined Hermes in 2015, initially to lead the ESG integration work across equities and credit strategies. In 2016 Maxime transferred to the investment side where he helped develop the Impact Opportunities Equity Fund. Prior to joining Hermes, Maxime worked at AXA Investment Managers in London as a responsible investment analyst, covering the global energy and materials sectors, producing thematic research on sustainability trends and engaging with companies. Maxime graduated from Sciences Po Bordeaux in 2010 with a Master’s degree in Politics and Master’s in Economics. He is a CFA charterholder.

Bertrand leads the Thematic Investing strategy at Regnan. He is Senior Fund Manager on the Regnan Sustainable Water and Waste strategy. Previously he was a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity International, where he launched and managed the Fidelity Funds - Sustainable Water & Waste Fund. Prior to joining Fidelity International in 2018 Bertrand was a Portfolio Manager at Polar Capital and the founder and CIO of Aquilys Investment Management. Before moving to the buyside, Bertrand was Head of Equity Research, France at Deutsche Bank and a utilities analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MSc in International Finance from HEC School of Management, France, an MSc in Money, Banking and Finance from Birmingham University, UK, and a DEA in Monetary Economics from Orleans University, France.

Freeman joined Regnan in January 2021 as Portfolio Specialist working with Regnan’s London-based investment teams. He joined Regnan from Newton Investment Management where he had roles as SRI Client Director, managing accounts for a range of investors with responsible investment mandates. He also worked as Alternatives Investment Analyst on the Multi-Asset desk where he focused on alternative investment idea generation and research of impactful investment opportunities. He began his career in responsible investment at Aviva Investors as SRI Client Portfolio Manager. Freeman is a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA), has completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA) and a Bachelor of Business Management at The University of Queensland.

Saurabh is part of the Thematic Investing strategy at Regnan. He is a Fund Manager on the Regnan Sustainable Water and Waste strategy. Previously, he was an Assistant Portfolio Manager on the Fidelity Sustainable Water & Waste strategy and an Investment Director in Fidelity’s equity team. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2014, he worked as an equity research analyst for Moody’s Analytics (erst Copal Amba) from 2011 to 2014 and for Global Data from 2010 to 2011. He has an MBA in Finance from IBS, Hyderabad, India, and holds a CFA (ICFAI) degree. In addition, he is a CFA and CAIA charter holder.
