Clare Forster joined J O Hambro Capital Management in January 2023. She led the executive committee Aug 2023 – Sept 2025 and has since become the Chief Operating Officer and sits on the JOHCML Board. Clare has over 27 years’ experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining J O Hambro Capital Management, Clare held senior leadership roles at Jupiter Asset Management, GAM and Janus Henderson.
