Amy Johnson

Executive Director

Amy Johnson is the Country Head and Managing Director of European Development, PISEL. Amy is a Certified Investment Fund Director and has been part of Perpetual Limited since 2014. Amy was promoted to the Head of Risk & Compliance, Pendal Australia in 2017 and facilitated in transforming the Risk & Compliance team into a business partner and globalised the Risk & Compliance function.
 
Previous to this, Amy was part of PwC’s graduate programme and was later approached to join PwC’s risk consulting team from audit. Amy advised clients on strategy, governance processes, risk appetite, profiling and change matters. During her time at PwC Amy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.

Pursuant to the Central Bank Reform Act 2010, Amy has been approved as PCF-1 Executive Director, PCF-8 Chief Executive (Country Head) and PCF-39A Designated Person with responsibility for Capital and Financial Management given they are complementary roles for the nature, scale and complexity of the Company.
