Pete originally joined the London Office of J O Hambro in September 2020, and has over sixteen years’ experience across the Human Resources and Reward space. Having originally joined as Senior Reward Manager for J O Hambro, he took up the role of Global Head of Reward for Pendal Group in May 2021 where he worked in close partnership with the Human Resources and Leadership teams across JOHCM and Pendal in the design and implementation of global Reward solutions. Pete was most recently appointed to the role of Head of People and Culture (EUKA) in 2023, where he has responsibility for all employment related matters and Human Resources policies and practices.
