Maddie Dutfield, Sustainable Investment Analyst, joined the SI team in 2024, bringing five years of industry experience where she honed expertise in voluntary and regulatory disclosures, spanning both corporate sustainability and sustainable investments. At JOHCM, she works across a variety of sustainability and ESG-related projects, including ESG data integration, engagement strategies, sustainability reporting, and compliance with evolving regulations. Maddie graduated from University of Birmingham with a First in BSc Psychology and leverages her expertise in behavioural insights to support the team’s implementation of proprietary ESG data tools and innovative technology.
