The J O Hambro Capital Management Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee seeks to facilitate the firm’s ongoing and continuing efforts to foster a culture of mutual respect, by raising awareness and challenging the norms with the purpose of enhancing and improving the experience of all staff working at JOHCM.
