Carole Judd

Independent Non-Executive Director

Carole has over 40 years’ experience in the asset management industry in both the United Kingdom and South Africa.  Initially with Allan Gray and then Old Mutual Asset Managers, her various roles have included both Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer, achieving a rare knowledge of end-to-end investment processes in both institutional and retail environments. In 2002 she joined WTW ( formerly Willis Towers Watson) and led the team providing strategic investment and governance/risk management advice to a diverse range of asset owners across the world.  Since 2019 she has held a variety of non-executive roles, including positions at Nucleus, Aon and BNY Mellon.  She joined the board of JOHCM Funds (UK) Limited as an independent non-executive director in January 2025.
